Uploaded documents and images

Accommodation images and room images may be used to present property information. Proof-of-ownership or business documents, if uploaded, are used for admin verification only and are not shown publicly.

Messages and reviews

Messages and reviews may be stored to support guest-owner communication, service quality, dispute review, moderation, and account history.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, show accommodation, process booking requests, send account and booking communications, support owner verification, improve service quality, prevent misuse, and meet operational or legal responsibilities.

Who can access information

Guests can access their own account and booking information. Accommodation owners can access information related to their own listings and booking requests. Admin users may access platform information required for support, verification, moderation, reporting, and account safety.
